About me

About me

Hi, I’m Adrian Hetman. By day, I’m the Head of Triage at Immunefi, diving deep into the worlds of Web3, crypto, and security. My professional journey revolves around making sure every bug report is resolved by my team, projects are protected, whitehats are rewarded accordingly, and I’m navigating the ever-evolving crypto and security landscape.

But as much as I’m fascinated by technology, I’ve learned the value of balance. I love analog things, like journaling in quiet moments, scribbling notes by hand, admiring the craftsmanship of a mechanical watch, or capturing a scene with an old film camera. There’s something grounding about returning to the tangible, especially in a world obsessed with speed and digital noise.

Reading and reflecting have always been tools for my personal growth. I’m passionate about understanding what makes us focused, productive, and fulfilled, both in work and in life. Whether it’s exploring new strategies for self-improvement or simply spending an hour with a good book, I believe small intentional habits create big results.

For me, all of this—technology, analog passions, self-reflection, and growth—is connected. I’m documenting my journey as I learn, experiment, and strive to become better at what I do. My hope is that by sharing what works (and what doesn’t), I can help others grow too, whether you’re deep in Web3, a fellow security enthusiast, or just someone looking to find a little more meaning in your day.

Let’s keep learning, building, and improving. One step at a time.
